On Friday, 6/16/17, Feds Uganda Ministries began a new Vegetable Farming project. They visited and sensitized 10 families to teach them how to grow vegetables such as sukuma
wiki (collards) and eggplants. The two crops take a shorter of maturity period.
The ministry believes through this activity they can promote food security among homesteads and reduce the escalating hunger/famine that results into the premature deaths of children and the elderly people in communities.
The ministry is now working for a total expansion on this project so that entire communities achieve life transformation through vegetable growing in homesteads.

This expansion will include growing various species of vegetable within homes. However, the success of this expansion is also dependent on a successful donation process to facilitate the expansion. It shall be a great blessing to rescue, nurture and disciple families whose circumstances still prevails so that they get transformed and becoming a testimony.
